- Orders placed and paid for can be collected between 2 and 3 hours after payment.
- Orders are to be collected from The Knysna Oyster Company, Shop 1, Wine Centre Building, 35 Port Rd, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001
- Collections can take place 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm
Delivery
- Minimum order for delivery is 100 oysters.
- All orders placed for delivery will be delivered the next day, Monday to Sunday.
- Delivery charge is R200

Delivery
- Minimum order for delivery is 100 oysters.
- Deliveries take place Tuesday to Saturday.
- Orders need to be in before 12pm (the day prior to delivery)
- Delivery charge is R700 if within 40km radius from OR Tambo International Airport (includes freight from Port Elizabeth)
Pretoria
Delivery
- Minimum order for delivery is 100 oysters.
- Deliveries take place Tuesday to Saturday.

Port Elizabeth
Collection
- Orders placed and paid for can be collected 24 hours after payment.
- Orders are to be collected from The Knysna Oyster Company, North Harbour Wall, Port of Port Elizabeth.
- Collections can take place Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm.
Delivery
- Minimum order for delivery is 100 oysters.
- All orders placed (by 2pm) for delivery will be delivered the next day, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery charge is R150
